We process deletion requests within 24 hours and remove every trace of your MovieBok profile, playlists, watch metrics, and personalization layers.
Once the request is confirmed you will lose access to collections, purchases, rewards, recommendation history, and connected devices. This action cannot be undone.
What will be erased
- Profile metadata (name, photo, locale preferences)
- Viewing history, comments, reactions, and continue-watching cues
- Device authorizations, notifications, and privacy preferences
- Recommendation models that were trained on your signals
