MovieBok DMCA Copyright Guidelines
We are committed to protecting original works and complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). All videos distributed in the app are licensed from partners or uploaded under clear user agreements, and suspected infringements are escalated immediately.
Submit a Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe any content infringes your rights, please file a notice through the DMCA section on our official website or contact our support mailbox with the subject line "DMCA".
To help us verify the claim efficiently, include the following information in your notice:
- Your full name and the entity you represent.
- Valid contact information (email, phone, or mailing address).
- A description of the copyrighted work (include the original URL, catalog number, or registration details if available).
- The exact URL or in-app location of the allegedly infringing material.
- A statement declaring you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized and that you accept liability for false claims.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Review Process
Once we receive a complete notice, our operations team will review it, remove or restrict the flagged material when appropriate, and notify the uploader so they can file a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.
For urgent matters or progress updates, follow up via the "Contact Us" page in the app or reply directly to the acknowledgement email generated by the DMCA portal. For direct email submissions, reach us at admin@moviebok.click.
